"Mr. Ross,

I am writing this letter to thank you and Coastal Environmental for the service received from your company while building the screened enclosure for my new pool. As you are aware, we recently built an addition onto our home along with a lanai, pool and screened enclosure. While 90% of the work was done by me and my sond, there were things that I did not have either the tools or physical ability to do. As such, I sub-contracted these things to local companies and have found first hand that good workers are hard to find. Most of the sub-contractors that I trusted to complete their task either had to return one or two times to either fix something or move something after being told what was needed or where to put something.

This was not the case with Coastal Environmental. From the initial call and setting an appointment with you for an estimate, to the manufacturing and installation of the enclosure, I was impressed. Additionally, after the numerous hurricanes in Florida within the past two years, I was concerned about pricing due to the numerous contractors who increased their pricing due to demand. Yours, however, was very reasonable.
